Where are your products made?

Fort Pagosa™ products are printed on demand through trusted production partners  once you place an order. This helps reduce waste and keeps things intentional.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped.

Typical delivery times:

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days after production

  • International: varies by location

Mountain time applies. Thank you for your patience.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference changes.

That said—if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll resolve it promptly and reasonably.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued for verified production errors or damage.
Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences


Are these products meant to offend?

No. They’re meant to observe.
